MMWR Weekly Receives New Journal Impact Factor

CDC’s MMWR Weekly received its new Journal Impact Factor, 12.888. MMWR ranked 2nd among the 180 journals in the category of Public, Environmental and Occupational Health in the Science Citation Index Expanded edition of Journal Citations Reports.

Often called “the voice of CDC,” MMWR remains an important publication for timely, authoritative, and useful science and recommendations for public health action.
