Join CDC’s Facebook #AskTheExperts Event on Child Passenger Safety Tomorrow!
Join us tomorrow December 13th from 11AM to 2PM EST on CDC’s HEADS UP Facebook page! This CDC Facebook event gives everyone an opportunity to ask CDC experts questions on how to prevent injuries in children and keep them safe on the road. Experts will also provide tips on how to buckle children the right way and in the right seat.
Proper car seat, booster seat, and seat belt use among children prevents injuries, such as traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). We know that children that were not buckled up had about 7 times the percentage of TBIs compared with children buckled in age- and size-appropriate car seats and booster seats.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about keeping children safe on the road. Leave comments on our CDC’s HEADS UP Facebook page now or ask away during our event.
