Identifying Molecular Interactions with the CTD^2 Dashboard Gene Cart

The Cancer Target Discovery and Development (CTD^2) initiative was established to help translate genomic research into future effective cancer treatments. The CTD^2 Dashboard aims to provide easy exploration of data to a broad range of scientists. This video shows how the Dashboard Gene Cart can predict or verify molecular interactions using a subset of publicly available tissue- and disease-specific interactomes.
