Updated statistics with estimated new cases and deaths for 2017 (cited American Cancer Society as reference 1). Also added text to state that between 2004 and 2013, incidence rates increased by 1% per year in white women and by 3% per year in African American women. Also revised text to state that between 2005 and 2014, death rates for endometrial cancer increased by about 1% per year in white women and by 2% per year in African American women.
