Virtual Office Hours: On-line Trainingvoh blog image resized
AIDS.gov’s Virtual Office Hours offers free online training sessions to organizations and individuals serving those affected by HIV/AIDS. This personalized technical assistance (TA) can help individuals and organizations to expand and improve their use of digital tools and social media channels for HIV-related communication.
You can register to meet with AIDS.gov’s expert trainers in a 45-minute personalized consultation. We’re available every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. (Eastern). We’ll call you to begin your session, which will be based on whatever YOU (or your team!) want to know about how to use digital tools to advance your work.
Social Media Labs
Social media labs provide an in-person space where conference attendees can have their individual questions answered in a one-on-one session with a social media expert. Here are two upcoming labs:
  • Whether you are new or seasoned, whatever your role, AIDS.gov and partners will be in the social media lab at SYNC 2017 Exit Disclaimer to provide assistance that is tailored to your needs. The lab will be open both days of the conference: April 24-25, 2017.
  • AIDS.gov will work with conference staff at Circle of Harmony Exit Disclaimer to conduct a social media lab on April 20-21.
Webinar
AIDS.gov will present during today’s Circle of Harmony Social Media TA webinar. The focus is on how to use social digital tools and strategies to communicate before, during, and after HIV-related events and conferences. The one-hour session starts at 3:00 p.m. (ET) Register Exit Disclaimer.
