Join us on February 6, 2015, to celebrate National Wear Red Day and motivate your loved ones to participate in this nationwide heart health movement. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), HHS Office on Women's Health, and many other groups celebrate the day each year to raise awareness that heart disease is the #1 killer of men and women and is largely preventable.
This Friday, don’t forget to wear red and post a picture on social media, using the #ActsOfRed hashtag, to make a commitment to protect your heart.
