Some Flu Vaccines Cause a Stronger Immune Response Among Older Adults

Adults 65 and older are at high risk of developing serious flu complications. A new CDC co-authored study confirmed that high-dose, adjuvanted and recombinant flu vaccines produced a stronger immune response among older adults compared to standard-dose flu vaccines.
