There are 2 versions of each fact sheet. The "Disease Basics" include an overview of each vaccine-preventable disease and vaccine information. "Disease Basics" are available in Spanish as well as English. The "In-Depth Information" sheets use a narrative style and some include a true story about a family affected by a vaccine-preventable disease.
