Small Metastasis to Right Adrenal Gland from RCC

Patient status post left nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma. Pre-and post contrast enhanced CT demonstrates a small nodule the right adrenal gland. This demonstrates significant enhancement after IV contrast. This was metastasis from renal cell carcinoma. A pheochromocytoma could have a similar CT appearance.
