Our new free eBook, Yoga for Health, is now available on the NCCIH website. 

The eBook includes up-to-date information on the science of yoga, including its use for wellness and fitness, to control stress, and to help manage health problems. There are also chapters on the safety of yoga and the use of yoga by different groups of people, including children, older adults, and pregnant women.
