Update From the Office on Women’s Health
The HHS Office of Population Affairs (OPA) invites you to apply for the 2018 Title X Family Planning Services Grant. These funds will support the establishment and operation of voluntary family planning projects with a focus on diversifying services for clients and increasing the number of clients served.
The application is open to public and private nonprofit entities, including comprehensive primary care providers, hospitals, health collaboratives, and women’s health centers. Special consideration will be given to those proposing innovative strategies to expand the client base or improve the quality of services provided.
Projects funded under this grant should provide core family planning services, including:
- Sexual health assessments
- Introduction and access to tools for a personal family planning, fertility, and reproductive life plan
- Family planning services
- Health screenings
- Health information, education, and counseling
- Referral services
OPA intends to make available approximately $260 million for competing grants across all U.S. states and territories.
