Submit your manuscript to the series
We encourage the submission of Research Articles and Technical Notes, as well as Data Notes, which are papers that focus on the description of interesting metabolomic or lipidomic datasets, curated and hosted in our database, GigaDB. We also consider Commentaries and thought provoking Reviews in this area. Find out more here.
Reasons to publish with us
We aim to revolutionize reproducibility of analyses, data dissemination, organization, understanding, and use. We publish ALL research objects from 'big data' studies across the entire spectrum of life and biomedical sciences.
• | Novel publication format: standard manuscript publication linked with GigaDB, an extensive database that hosts all associated data, downloads for software, maintains a GitHub site to support open source, provides analysis tools, and includes virtual machines and containers |
• | Galaxy-based analysis platform: the Giga-Galaxy server hosts computational methods and workflows, maximizing use of the data, tools and workflows in our articles in a more accessible and reproducible environment
Best wishes,
The GigaScience Editorial Team |
