Safe Injection Practices Coalition: A Model for Public-Private Partnership Success

In January 2014, The CDC Foundation partnered with Eli Lilly and Company to support and expand the Safe Injection Practices Coalition (SIPC) and the One & Only Campaign. Lilly’s support has significantly bolstered the impact of SIPC, allowing the One & Only educational campaign to greatly broaden its membership base, amplify reach to new audiences, and provide new resources to targeted settings in an effort to ensure every medical injection is safe.
