The intersection of sleep and women's health
The NIH is hosting a conference today on the intersection of sleep and women’s health, which the agency says is designed to serve as “a wakeup call” about the importance of a good night’s rest. Researchers in the field will present on a range of issues, from the health risks of too little sleep to the role of sleep in certain mental health conditions. They're also digging into critical gaps in research, looking for ways to improve the public's sleep health, and talking about how to improve diagnostic tools for sleep disorders. You can tune in to the talks here today and tomorrow.
