Thanksgiving is also Family Health History Day. On November 24th, sit down with your family and talk about your medical conditions. Write everything down, and the end result is a kind of family tree for health!
While creating this health history, make sure to include any history of memory problems, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease in your family. Visit our website to learn more about genes and the role they play in Alzheimer’s disease.
