Updates in myasthenia gravis from AAN 2026 include positive results for the small interfering RNA cemdisiran in the NIMBLE trial, long-term safety and efficacy results for nipocalimab, and promising results from the KYSA-6 study of an investigational, fully human anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, as reported by Dr Pushpa Narayanaswami from Harvard Medical School.
She begins with the NIMBLE trial, in which cemdisiran monotherapy without complete complement showed rapid and sustained improvement compared to cemdisiran combined with pozelimab. However, both monotherapy and combination were effective and well tolerated.
