Public Workshop - Detecting Circulating Tumor DNA for Cancer Screening

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a public workshop on Detecting Circulating Tumor DNA for Cancer Screening, which will be held on March 9, 2020. During the workshop we will: Discuss the clinical, scientific, and regulatory challenges associated with the development of Circulating Tumor DNA (ctDNA) based cancer screening tests. Hear from stakeholders about study designs needed to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness, as well as the benefits and risks, of cancer screening tests.
