Learning Circle: Overview of the Leadership Daily Safety Briefing & Coaching OpportunitiesDec. 13, 2016 from 4:00 to 5:00 PM (ET) This learning circle provides an overview of the Leadership Daily Safety Briefing (DSB) Best Practice highlighted in the MHS Leadership Engagement Toolkit published in August 2016. DSBs have shown to foster a culture of safety, create a high level of situational awareness of safety issues for leaders and staff and to promote early identification and resolution of safety issues. After attending, you will understand what a DSB is, how it is used, and learn tips on how to develop and execute an implementation plan. You will also hear about targeted coaching offered by the DoD PSP, including individual coaching and learning action networks. Implementing a Robust Quality Program – ECRI Institute Dec. 22, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm (ET) This webinar focuses on the key elements of developing a quality program.
