Launch of Nutrire, an open access journal devoted to food and nutrition science

We are delighted to announce that Nutrire has published its first articles with BioMed Central.Nutrire is the official journal of the Brazilian Society for Food and Nutrition, and had previously been published by the society since 1990. The journal is devoted to publishing new evidence for clinical nutrition practice, advancing basic and experimental nutrition and food science research, and providing the groundwork for improving public health through evidence-based nutritional and behavioral interventions.
