New survey reveals the rapid rise of yoga — and why some people still haven’t tried it

A new survey reports that the number of Americans doing yoga has grown by over 50% in the last four years. Three out of four Americans believe that “yoga is good for you,” and medical science backs them up. One of the survey’s most interesting results reveals the most common reason people don’t try yoga.
