Significance

Updated statistics with estimated new cases and deaths for 2016 (cited American Cancer Society as reference 1). Also added text to state that since 1988, incidence rates have been increasing by 1.3% per year among women younger than 50 years; since 2005, incidence rates by 1.9% per year among women aged 50 years and older increased; and between 2003 and 2012, death rates for endometrial cancer increased by 1.1% per year.
