Eating more sugar than you think? Here’s a way to tell.

To cut back on calories, people may try to limit their intake of sugar. Deserts, sugary drinks, and other sweets are obvious places to start, but sugar is also found in foods you might not expect. Reading the “ingredients list” on beverages and packaged foods can provide clues.
