CDC National Immunization Survey (NIS) Update

Data tables describing vaccination coverage in 2014 at the U.S. national level and by state and immunization action plan (IAP) areas using results from the National Immunization Survey-Teen (NIS-Teen) of adolescents age 13 through 17 years are now available:  http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/imz-managers/coverage/nis/teen/index.html

Note that for 2014 NIS-Teen and future surveys, there is a revised definition of adequate provider data (APD).  Additional information on implementation of the revised APD definition and an assessment of impact on vaccination coverage estimates are available at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/imz-managers/coverage/nis/teen/apd-report.html.
