A recent study published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) by a group of French activist scientists and their doctoral students has been making headlines in the food-fear world. They are suggesting that exposure to chemicals used in six food additive preservatives (like vinegar) increases the risk of cancer. Which types of cancer? All of them, it seems.
