A 57-year-old woman came to the hospital with severe epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting that began acutely after a very high‑fat meal. She had a history of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Her medication had been changed a few months earlier, and she had been taking semaglutide since then.
