This year, NWHW is May 10-16, 2026. As part of the FDA’s Office of Women’s Health’s (OWH) Knowledge and News on Women's Health outreach initiative, the 2026 theme, “KNOW Your Nutrition,” highlights the importance of making nutrition a priority to support overall health and wellness, and help prevent chronic disease. This year, OWH has partnered with the FDA’s Human Foods Program (HFP) to encourage women to focus on their nutrition and use FDA educational resources as trusted tools for making informed food choices for themselves and their families. https://www.fda.gov/about-fda/fda-organization/human-foods-program?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery We encourage you to visit the dedicated NWHW 2026 webpage to learn how nutrition supports women’s health through every stage of life.
