Noisy Planet Exhibits at the NASN Virtual Conference

The Noisy Planet team joined the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) in bringing science-based health information about noise-induced hearing loss prevention to NASN members through the association’s virtual conference. School nurses can play a key role in influencing children’s listening behaviors. The Noisy Planet team has exhibited at the NASN annual conference for more than 10 years and occasionally presents educational sessions.

This year, the conference looked different as nearly 30 exhibitors shared content virtually from June to September. All 16,000 NASN members could access the online exhibit hall and demonstrations. Noisy Planet’s virtual booth featured the Journey of Sound to the Brain video, the Noisy Planet teacher toolkit, and free downloadable resources for school nurses and other educators to incorporate into their lesson plans and events.
