The deadline has been extended for U.S. TB Elimination Champions nominations. Please submit your nomination by Friday, February 21st. To nominate organizations or individuals working to end TB in their communities please complete the nomination form and submit to pvt5@cdc.gov and mdowling@cdc.gov.
