Take steps now to get ready for an emergency.

What would happen if you had to leave your home in a hurry and you couldn’t return for several days? For example, if you leave to get away from a bad storm, hurricane, or tornado, you may not be able to come back right away because of flooding or a power outage.

If you have cancer now or had cancer in the past, you may need medicine or special medical equipment. If you’re getting chemotherapy, you may have a high risk of getting an infection. You can take steps now to get ready, so you can take care of yourself and your family if an emergency happens.
