Held the last day of February each year, World Rare Disease Day is an annual observance to raise awareness for 350 million people affected by rare disease globally. This February 28th and throughout the month, we invite you to get involved as we come together to celebrate the progress we've made and encourage others to #CareAboutRare.
Wear that You Care
The Blue Denim Genes Ribbon® is a symbol of hope for more than 7,000 small rare disease communities around the world. Wear your denim ribbon to show your support on World Rare Disease Day or request ribbons for a local event. Raising awareness in your place of work? Ask your team to show their support by wearing blue jeans and denim ribbons on February 28th.
