First Washington-based Turner syndrome clinic opens  In January, Children’s National began a comprehensive Turner syndrome clinic for the rare chromosomal condition that affects about one in 2,500 female births. The clinic's multispecialty referral team includes neuropsychologists, otolaryngologists, orthopedics, urology and dentistry to address the girls' unique medical needs.
