CDC’s Screen for Life campaign is offering a suite of new and updated materials for Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month this March. They’re available on the new Resource Toolkit page.
- The Screen for Life fact sheets, brochures, and one-pagers have a fresh, colorful new look.
- Our new “Screening Helps Prevent Colorectal Cancer” infographic briefly explains the recommended screening tests.
- We also have a variety of attractive posters and postcards in English and Spanish.
- Celebrities including Terrence Howard, Katie Couric, Morgan Freeman, Jimmy Smits, and Meryl Streep have shared their stories in compelling videos and podcasts (public service announcements).

Doctors: Free CME on Colorectal Cancer Screening
Screening for Colorectal Cancer: Optimizing Quality provides guidance and tools for clinicians on the optimal ways to implement screening for colorectal cancer to help ensure that patients receive maximum benefit. The materials were revised recently to reflect the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force’s 2016 Recommendation Statement for colorectal cancer screening.
