Featured article: High-virulence of P. aeruginosa in cystic fibrosis patients

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common pathogen in the lungs of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients and is associated with increased morbidity, reduction in quality of life and mortality. This study quantifies the within-patient variation in the production of three virulence-associated secretions in the CF strain of P. aeruginosa.
