NIH I-Corps entrepreneurial training pilot program showcases results

What

Nineteen teams participating in the National Institutes of Health I-Corps team training pilot program (PDF - 236KB) will present their business models for their small business innovation research (SBIR)-funded technologies. The program, modeled after the successful National Science Foundation I-Corps program External Web Site Policy, provides scientists with real-world, immersive entrepreneurship training to help them develop viable business models for commercializing new and emerging technologies for the detection, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
