Register for the 2018 Fall CLIAC Meeting
The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Advisory Committee (CLIAC), managed by CDC’s Division of Laboratory Systems, provides scientific and technical advice and guidance to the Department of Health and Human Services on the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) regulations. The CLIA program governs U.S. laboratory testing performed to diagnose, prevent, or treat disease or assess human health.
CLIAC is meeting in November to discuss various topics to establish quality standards to assure consistent performance of accurate and reliable testing in sites that perform testing for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease or the assessment of human health.
Register today! Please visit the CLIAC website and to access the November agenda, future meeting dates, roster, charter, and prior meeting summaries. All CLIAC attendees are requested to register online for the meeting at least five business days in advance for U.S. citizens to accommodate CDC’s security clearance process; the deadline for international registrants has passed. Please complete the registration form by clicking on the appropriate link at: www.cdc.gov/cliac.
