GLP-1RAs linked to lower risk of amputation in diabetes with PAD

A systematic review and meta-analysis published in the journal Cardiovascular Diabetology found that use of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) was associated with a significantly lower risk of major limb events in patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral artery disease.
