The CDC has released COVID-19 Questions and Answers: For People Who Use Drugs or Have Substance Use Disorder. The Q&A is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean.
The CDC has also compiled a list of resources on Food and Food System Resources During the COVID-19 Pandemic. The guidance includes information on food assistance and safety for children, families and individuals in both urban and rural areas, as well as information on access to federal food assistance programs and best practices at restaurant and food retail venues.
The National Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders partnered with researchers at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and Leiden University Medical Center to understand how COVID-19 is affecting individuals with eating disorders. It has published guidance resources for individuals with lived experience, parents and/or caregivers, and healthcare providers.
