Many resources are available for health professionals to support heart disease prevention.

Public health professionals and health care professionals have many opportunities to educate others. To support that effort, the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention has put together sets of educational materials. One set is geared toward patients; the other is geared toward professionals.
