Workshop on Low Field Magnetic Resonance | NIST

Registration is open for the Workshop of Low Field Magnetic Resonance

(NIST, Boulder, CO- August 12-13, 2019)

The Magnetic Imaging Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Boulder, Colorado is hosting a workshop on low field magnetic resonance August 12th-13th. We would like to invite you to attend. The theme of the workshop is the impact of low-field MR on industry and healthcare. The workshop will gather key stakeholders in the low-field community to a) find a consensus on the state of low-field, b) develop a roadmap for low-field MR progress, c) identify scientific areas where low-field can have the greatest impact, and d) identify barriers to progress that must be overcome to reach full adoption of low-field MR into the clinic and how NIST can aid in addressing these. Attendees include industry representatives, low-field systems developers, clinical researchers, and scientific experts.

Registration is limited to ~75 participants in order to create a workshop environment with high potential for interaction. The preliminary agenda can be found on the website as well as information regarding a local hotel with a group rate for the workshop.
