Wednesday, January 17, 2018 | 1–2 p.m. Eastern TimeSAMHSA's Recovery to Practice initiative invites you to participate in the second of a four-part webinar series focused on recovery-oriented cognitive therapy (CT-R) for people who experience serious mental illness. CT-R is an empirically supported approach that operationalizes recovery and resiliency principles in a person-centered, strengths-based way. CT-R pairs with psychiatric practice to produce measurable progress, is readily teachable, and has been successfully implemented for people with a range of needs and in many settings. In this second session, presenters will discuss the importance of eliciting an individual's hopes and dreams for motivating and energizing recovery via CT-R. Register for the WebinarWhile this is a four-part series, you may attend one or all of the sessions. Registration is necessary for each session. A 1-hour continuing education credit is provided through NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. Each session will be recorded and archived for future viewing.
