It’s Get Smart About Antibiotics Week!  To help spread important messages about responsible antibiotic use, CDC will host the following events this week.  We encourage you to attend and to share this information with others.

1. CDC Public Health Grand Rounds – Tuesday, November 19; 1:00-2:00 p.m. EST

Watch this Grand Rounds, which is focused on inpatient and outpatient antibiotic use, live via the web.  Or, view the archived session later.

2. Get Smart Twitter Chat – Friday, November 22; 1:00-2:00 p.m. EST

Join and follow us at the @CDCgov handle, and be sure to use the hashtag #SaveAbx when you participate in the chat!

To assist with any efforts you have planned for the week and to help expand the reach of GSW messages, CDC has tools and resources that can be used with a variety of audiences and for various communication formats.
