The site offers these recommendations for pregnant women:
- Get the seasonal flu shot (not the nasal spray vaccine, which is not approved for pregnant women) as soon as it is available.
- Wash your hands frequently.
- Breast-feed after delivery.
- If you have flu symptoms, contact your health care provider right away.
