NCCN Oncology Case Management Program™
Program Overview


NCCN is pleased to present a series of educational programs this year. The 2011 program will include eight NCCN Oncology Case Management Program™ Webinars. The first programs will be a series of webinars on the "big four" cancers – breast, lung, prostate and colorectal cancers. Participants may attend all of them, or only a few. All programs are available to case managers and other nurses as well as medical directors and others that work with patients with cancer or are interested in learning more about the current state of the art in oncology care.

Intended Audience
These educational activities are designed to meet the needs of medical directors and other physicians, case managers, nurses, and other specialties within managed care organizations who work with patients with cancer.

◦Describe the clinically important subsets of breast cancers and the principles of targeted therapy for breast cancer based on tumor biology.
◦Describe the local and systemic treatment options for early and late stage breast cancer.
