Each September we observe Go4Life Month—a celebration of the benefits of exercise for older adults. This year's theme is Get Ready! Get Moving! Go4Life!, which focuses on:

- Safety tips
- Doing all 4 types of exercise (endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility)
- Tracking your progress
- Staying motivated to be active
