Explore AIDSinfo’s HIV Drug Information Resources
Did you know that AIDSinfo has more than 150 fact sheets on HIV-related medications? The AIDSinfo Drug Database includes information on Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved antiretroviral (ARV) and HIV-related opportunistic infection (OI) drugs, as well as information on investigational HIV drugs and vaccines that are currently being studied in clinical trials.

The FDA-approved ARV and OI drug fact sheets are written in plain language and include information useful for people taking the drug. Along with the fact sheets, people can view the FDA drug labels directly on the AIDSinfo website.

The investigational drug fact sheets are available in two formats: a plain language version, which includes an overview of the drug and information on clinical trials studying the drug; and a health professional version, which includes detailed, scientific information about the drug, including information on the pharmacology of the drug and on adverse events of the drug identified in clinical trials.

Do you want to learn more about HIV-related medications? Search the AIDSinfo Drug Database to find information on an HIV-related drug of interest. Also, check out the AIDSinfo HIV Treatment: The Basics and FDA-Approved HIV Medicines fact sheets.
