Internship | National Environmental Health Association: NEHA
The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) is pleased to announce the third year of the National Environmental Public Health Internship Program, which is funded by CDC’s Environmental Health Services Branch. Local, state, and tribal environmental health departments can apply to host one of 20 environmental health internships during summer 2017. Selected college students from environmental health programs accredited by the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council will receive a stipend for the 10-week internship, and some may be eligible to receive an additional stipend to cover relocation expenses. Interested health departments should submit an application by December 1, 2016.
