CDC’s NDEP Website Has Been Expanded—Featuring New & Improved Resources Visit the redesigned and expanded CDC NDEP website to find NDEP toolkits and other resources to help you address diabetes in communities and include podiatrists, pharmacists, optometrists, and dentists in team care. The website features the newly expanded PPOD Toolkit and revised New Beginnings Guide along with Road to Health, Tasty Recipes,Resources for Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders, and the Living a Balanced Life with Diabetes Toolkit resources.
