In a virtual lecture to be held on Monday, July 29, from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. ET, Dr. Aaron Y. Lee of the University of Washington School of Medicine will discuss an exciting project he is leading to generate multimodal, high-quality, ethically sourced data that will be ready for AI/ML methods to study salutogenesis in the context of type 2 diabetes. He will also discuss researching the health of the whole person, not just separate organs or body systems, and provide examples of AI/ML advances from the field of ophthalmology.
