CDC Funds 13 New State Arthritis Programs
The CDC Arthritis Program is pleased to announce that 13 state programs were funded through the State Public Health Approaches to Addressing Arthritis cooperative agreement to improve the health of adults with arthritis. The funded projects include the following:
- Arkansas Arthritis Program
- Kansas Arthritis Program
- Massachusetts Elder Services of Merrimack Valley
- Minnesota Department of Health
- Missouri Arthritis and Osteoporosis Program
- New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Chronic Disease Section
- New York State Arthritis Program
- North Carolina Center for Health and Wellness at the University of North Carolina Asheville
- Oregon Arthritis Program
- Rhode Island Arthritis Program
- Utah Arthritis Program
- Virginia Arthritis Program
- Washington State Department of Health

The cooperative agreement is a 5-year funding opportunity that began on July 1, 2018 and ends June 30, 2023.
