President Obama Names the GHSA’s Next Round of Partner Countries
Today, President Obama has named the next round of partner countries in the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) and has committed U.S. partnership and support to assist countries in developing the capacity to prevent, detect and respond to future disease outbreaks.
GHSA was launched in February 2014 to advance a world that is safe and secure from infectious disease threats, to bring together nations from all over the world to make new, concrete commitments, and to elevate global attention to the shared risks posed by infectious disease.
